Return & Exchange Policy

 

Each Laciann Delacroix creation is produced in small quantities and crafted with exceptional materials.

For this reason, we invite our clients to choose thoughtfully before placing an order.

 

Final Sale

Unless otherwise noted, all items are final sale.

Due to the limited nature of our collections and the delicate nature of luxury fabrics and materials, we are unable to accept general returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

We encourage clients to review product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase. We are always happy to assist in selecting the right piece.

 

Exceptions

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • a brief description of the issue

 

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

 

Exchanges

Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If a replacement item is available, we will gladly assist once the original item has been returned and inspected.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are always final sale:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order items

  • Limited-edition collections

  • Jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or personal goods (for hygiene reasons)

 

European Union Clients

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period as required by law. Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify.
